UK GDPR
On May 25th 2018 the Data Protection Act 1998 was replaced by the General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
Although Kingsley Primary School is committed to protecting and respecting the confidentiality of sensitive information relating to pupils, staff, parents, governors and the wider community, the introduction of this new legislation has meant that we have reviewed our good practice procedures to ensure compliance of the new legislation.
School is working closely with the Local Authority and our Data Protection Officer to ensure that our policies, privacy notices and consent forms are compliant, readily available and easy to understand.
