Flu Immunisations

Immunisations will take place on Wednesday the 11th of October.

 

Please complete the online link E-Consent form for your child following the link below:

Please complete by Wednesday 4th October 2023 if you would like your child to receive the flu vaccination. If you do not wish your child to take part, please ensure you complete the form to withdraw your child.
