Things are changing!
As of May 25th 2018 the current Data Protection Act 1998 will be replaced by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This will affect how schools manage personal data and how this is protected. Although Kingsley Primary School is committed to protecting and respecting the confidentiality of sensitive information relating to pupils, staff, parents, governors and the wider community, the introduction of this new legislation has meant that we are reviewing our current good practice to ensure compliance of the new legislation.
School is working closely with the Local Authority and our Data Protection Officer and will be updating privacy notices, policies and consent forms in the coming weeks. These will be available on our school website.

We are very excited to be hosting a swap shop during morning break on Monday 21st May.
It would be incredibly helpful if parents/carers could send in some delicious cakes or cookies to encourage people to swap old towels, bedding, blankets, tins of dog food or 50p for a cake or a cookie.
All items and money raised will go to Stray Aid.
